Bookings
Bookings can be made by telephone (+64 3 442 1466) or e-mail (stay@poplarlodge.co.nz). For groups of more than 4 persons, a deposit is required to cover the first nights accommodation, unless alternative arrangements have been made. Payment is by cash or cheque. There are no eftpos facilities on site. Arrowtown has two cash machines - Westpac and BNZ. Please contact us regarding credit facilities for large or frequent referrals.
Group Bookings
We are pleased to accept enquiries from groups. Poplar Lodge provides a great opportunity for groups who wish to self cater, and a central location to explore the region. Please contact us for further information.
Cancellations
Cancellation within 48 hours of arrival date will incur full payment for the booking unless we can re-sell the room.

How To Get Here
Travelling from North
Driving straight into town along Buckingham Street, turn right into Merioneth Street. Poplar Lodge is the 3rd building on your left.
Travelling from the South
Driving on highway 6 from Queenstown via Lake Hayes, or via Coronet Peak, follow the signs into Arrowtown.
Entering town drive straight over the roundabout and down the hill. Turn right into Buckingham Street (the main street).
Drive down the one way street and turn left at the second cross roads into Merioneth Street. Poplar Lodge is the 3rd building on the left.
